THE 2024 ANNUAL HOA MEETING WILL BE HELD IN SEPTEMBER. Date to be determined. Board members are currently working with EFD and the Colorado State Forest Service on grant money for FIRE MITIGATION in Bonnie Ridge. As the award for the grant will be decided in August, we felt that a September meeting would allow us to present the details of the grant and get homeowner input.
